07/08/2020 I'm done and I think that we all did more than 100 here
I got finished at eleven this morning. I was thinking about skipping today's workout because I have preparations for school to work on but I just couldn't not do it because I've been updating my friend who lives across the world every day about my workouts, so I'm gonna go tell them I did it today and get back to preparing (today I have to fix a discord server for a club I'm in). Keep going, everybody!
august 7th, 2020 DONE! Today, I feel my core and obliques. They are very sore, mostly because I did the "20 Minute Waist Whittler Cardio Pilates" workout. Also, I'm pretty sure I did more than 100 reps haha, oh gosh!
I got dizzy on this one!!! I was also working outside all day in the heat 😂 probably contributed!!

Yesterday I was wondering why that was considered a workout since it wasn't hard at all. Today I'm ridiculously sore! This was so much harder than I thought it would be, but at least we're not at the 100 roll ups yet…

Was sick yesterday so today I’m doing say 7 and 8! I got this
It's exactly 1:35 in the noon. Today's move was quite hard but I got through it. If there's determination and belief, y'all can achieve amazing things!
I literally had so much trouble with this one because I couldn’t keep my legs straight or touch my straightened legs 😵💫 I just hope I feel sore tomorrow because that means I managed to do something right🥴🤦🏼♀️
