This is one my favourite workouts. This covers everything from cardio, body weight strength, kick boxing to core. The warm-up is great too. Thanks for offering a workout program that is challenging, yet achievable and fun.

This is by far the best grouping and sequencing workout video. Leg exercises are grouped by “family” , so the transitions were not difficult and made me less lightheaded. And I must say this is the best cool down by far. Thanks HR!
