I completed the #30DayAbsChallenge and I'm doing it all over again and this time I was able to do this exercise without modification. 😍😍 I'm so proud of my progress and strength !!

I finished this in airplane mode and I thought I didn’t do it right cause it didn’t hurt, burn, shake or anything… next day and I feel like someone used me as a punching back on the sides lol I guess I did do it right after all

I had to put a cushion under my knee and I found that my left side is stronger!
I couldnt barely tell if I did it right cuz my thighs kept cramping instead of my obliques 🤧😫😵
day 6 done- my knees def hurt a bit now
COMPLETE! Yeay!!! After the crunches, my neck was pretty sore. I might use the wrong muscle to lift my body up, as my abs was not strong enough. So i have skipped for 4 days. So here i am back to catch up to day 10 which i suppose to be on for this 100 abs challenge. 💪😁
