21/03/2023 HR 3.0 DAY 57 DONE!!! I didn’t see the session pass again! You’re right Heather, these sessions with no repeat are so great that we get to the end without feeling like we did it! But we did it and proud of it but also sad to reach the end of this program! But I know that you still have some nice surprises and new challenges for us so enjoy these last sessions of HR 3.0 and congratulations to all! Thanks Heather!

Looks good. However, Any cardio for those who have back issues? I can't do jumping jacks, jumping or anything to hurt my back. Even squats may be a problem. Thanks.
It was so rough I'm glad it's over, lol. My legs were still fatigued from yesterday so today was pretty difficult. I just slowed down and told myself to do every modification I had to in order to finish!! Woohoo!

Parts of this felt like day 1 for me (side plank reach) but I was stronger in my pushups on inchworm and rocker, so progress there! Go team. #57 DONE!
