Loved this, really good moves selected! Not a big fan of no repeat bc I like to make sure there’s enough time spent on muscle groups. But this incorporated compound moves and I think the way u grouped them together was effective.

When the number 50 flashed up on the video today — THAT is incredible. And I've not missed a one. Because Heather just keeps putting out the best workouts, and I am committed. Today I am wondering: what else can I apply this lesson to? Show up, do the work, keep moving even when you don't seem to be moving, and trust that it will all add up. Can I apply this to relationships (oh yes), work life, projects (definitely). Very nutritious food for my thoughts.

No idea if you will ever see this, but thank you so so so much! Not only do I look the best I ever have but I feel it! My mental health has improved so much and I can feel the difference before and after a workout. You helped me keep my sanity though a breakup, doing my master thesis while working, my mom beeing in the hospital and so many more moments. So thank you for everything you do. It makes a bigger difference than you might know.
