It’s TABATA time!! Day 5 of my 7 day workout challenge is going to be intense! This traditional style Tabata workout is both challenging both physically and mentally as you push yourself through each round. Once we get through the tabata we will bring it down to the mat for a Booty Burning workout finisher. Starting on the right side then repeating the entire circuit on the left. Get ready to feel the burn my friends!

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up

Booty Circuit: Right side first 30s work + 0s rest then same on the left!

August 2021 calendar, sesh done! I'm following her calendar since January, lost 14 kg and my body is really transformed, and all for free!!! Nothing compares to Heather, I've tried several famous workouts channels here on YT (I'm not gonna mention the names but just see the video suggested by youtube…) but SHE is absolutely THE BEST! never boring, very complete workouts from the warm ups to the relaxing cool downs, everyday a different type of w.o targeting different body areas. I love that she does not speak during the sesh, it helps focusing.

8 rounds of bear hop burpees 😱 I was doing just fine until I got to those 😂 I had to come to an arrangement with the pause button 😉👌🏻
I think what made this killer was that 3 of the 4 tabata moves were legs, so going into the leg portion you’re working with noodles 😅

Question please!!! when you’re doing the one sided booty fire hydrant workout, is the weight of your body tilted to that side? Every time I do that it feels like my left hand is supporting the entire weight of my body, not sure if I’m doing it correctly.

I was under the impression Tabata was 4 back to back rounds 20-30 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest…this was double…not really a fan…I'd rather just do the work for a set amount of time as opposed to 8 short rounds…this is too repetitive for my workout liking…first time ever I didn't love a HR workout
