It's great to see so many people doing this series 6 years after it was made and using it to get through Coronavirus quarantines. You two are great because you keep it real and have fun.
I got an injury mid challenge so only just finished up now but I loved ending with weight training and a bit of cardio! Thank you for the challenge 🙂

Yay! I completed it. I didn’t do it 5 days in a row, but I was doing other yoga classes and hiking outside. I did it in 3 weeks and I’m happy with that. THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE. ❤️
Even after several years, I always come back to this program as an in between program. I love this one!

I started this challenge a few months ago but stopped on day 3. I started it over on Monday. It's now Friday and I completed the entire thing. I'm so proud of myself!

I found out the hard way that you can't outtrain a bad diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge Diet, I have noticed amazing muscle growth.
I always considered myself a hard gainer, but the reality was I had always had a lousy diet. As soon as I started following the Agoge Diet, I started gaining muscle fast!

Just finished the full 5 day challenge! Sweating so much (did not expect this much sweat for today's exercise given that it semed quite short). It was really great! Almost feel like my body got built up to be super effective on burning fat by 5th day. Thanks so much! Love this type of 5 day challenge – I don't need to think what I should do today or tomorrow, and makes it so much more efficient and stress-less to workout. Will look forward to more programs like this!
