Day5 ver1.2, Squats with Sandbag, slow twisting mountain climbers instead of squat thrusts. Love these workouts Joe. You and Ben motivate me to be fitter and healthier.

Thanks Joe . The workout goes out of sync if we dint have beep and timer indicator on the screen . please add that in all the videos. if its continuous work out , put a pause timer of 1 or 2 seconds. How many think this is required for a sync workout ?.
Hey Joe. This was another amazing 10 minute workout for day number 6 I will be doing day number 7 straight after so I can do a 20 minute workout. I only discovered you Joe after doing pe with Joe during Covid lockdown and haven’t looked back.
