Yesterday i did the video and didnt sweat, but woke up with pain! Toda exercise made me sweat! It was Hard!

Day5 ver1.2, Squats with Sandbag, slow twisting mountain climbers instead of squat thrusts. Love these workouts Joe. You and Ben motivate me to be fitter and healthier.

Thanks Joe . The workout goes out of sync if we dint have beep and timer indicator on the screen . please add that in all the videos. if its continuous work out , put a pause timer of 1 or 2 seconds. How many think this is required for a sync workout ?.

Hey Joe. This was another amazing 10 minute workout for day number 6 I will be doing day number 7 straight after so I can do a 20 minute workout. I only discovered you Joe after doing pe with Joe during Covid lockdown and haven’t looked back. Thank you ☺️ so much for being the best virtual personal trainer.I so appreciate it and wish I could have git a shoutout on pe with Joe, would love if you could comment and like my comment.
