Have really been struggling with menopause, it can cause a lot of joint and muscle problems, but Heather to the rescue! Perfect form, efficient moves, total star! This could be one of my favorite HR workouts of all time. Heavy weights, no jumping, lots of reps. I fluctuated between focusing on the muscles I was working, and meditating on the trees outside my window. I'm self employed and just took on a major volunteer project on top of my regular work. The time I spend with HR each morning gives me the mental boost and fortitude I need to get through the day (and then fall into bed at night). 💥❤💪🦵

I have been doing your dumbbell/strength training videos 2-3 times a week, just pick random ones that seem fun and i've already noticed a change in my body and strength within a couple weeks. I haven't counted macros or changed diet. It really feels amazing. Love working out at home and seeing the difference.
