As much as I love you but your workouts lack alternative movements for people with knee problems and are way too focused on the lower body. You call it full body but I all I see is legs and butt

I wonder if anyone else gets a buzz out of doing these workouts as and when they come out? I just find it exciting and gives me that extra push to be consistent! Even though this a program you can do anytime at your own pace which is great too.

Yesterday I realized some of last year's summer clothes were fitting more snug than before which really brought me down mentally. But today I decided to spice up my workout routine and begin this program. Just completed day 1 and I feel better already. Looking forward to doing more! Thank you 🙂

Ohhh the last circuit got me sweating.
I’ve got some work travel this week, so I’m starting Monday’s workout on Sunday. This way, I can take an extra rest day during the week, since I’ll be busy! This one started out pretty mellow (first set) but BOY did the intensity increase! Thanks for kicking my butt (again!) ❤
