At 28min I yelled "I have no idea why I'm doing this 12weeks program" my 5 year old screamed "cos u don't wanna get fat" 😂😂😂😂
Was so scared of that one but made it. Thank you heather and everyone else for inspiration to keep on track even when life gets tough and mental health went a bit haywire. But I stuck to it and made it through. Listened to my body and took a rest day when needed, shifted the schedule and reduced intensity in session. Xx

I will not assume for 1 second this was easy, so I have to thank you for getting me stronger over the last 9 weeks. I used modifications for all jumping moves except 'jack punch' on the last superset because my ankle is feeling like it's twisted a bit. I hope it's nothing because it put me out for 3 weeks when it happened December 2021. I enjoyed this workout so much. Bring on week 10.

Great combinations with cardio and weights. I used 35, 30, 20, and 15 pounds for the duration. Instead of boxer jacks , I completed elevated RDL's. Super set 3, 6 and 9 were the most difficult for me.

Hi Heather, I just really don’t know what to say. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. You see I have severe arthritis in both of my knees & my consultant said I needed to keep the tissue & muscle strong around each side of my knees so to find a strength training trainer. When I first started this programme I found it very difficult & my knees hurt…..a lot! But I’ve just finished day 45! (With modifications) I have never stayed focus this long on anything before & I never in my wildest dreams did I think I could complete a full hour of exercise with such painful knees but I did it! I’m 58 at the end of this programme & I was in constant pain, daily, not anymore & that’s down to you! My consultant is over the moon with what I can now do compared to what I could & couldn’t do in December 2022. All your strength training has been amazing & has helped me tremendously I look forward to finishing this series & can’t wait to see what’s next. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️xxx
