We are getting back into cardiovascular training with today’s HIIT cardio workout! No equipment today and we are performing straight sets so three sets of each exercise before moving on to the next! This is the first time I have been this committed to a workout program… I have been following this new mantra "discipline over motivation" it has really worked for me.. esp on those days I try and find a million excuses..
