Day 4: Knock Out Your Power Yoga and HIIT Workout With This 30-Minute Fusion – POPSUGAR Fitness

Join fitness trainer Christa Janine for a 30-minute HIIT Flow routine that combines power yoga and HIIT circuit training. In this routine, you’ll warm up with yoga moves like Child’s Pose, Cat Cow, Downward Dog, Mountain Pose, and more. It's great to see a person my size do workouts! It can be frustrating and defeating trying to follow along with a trainer that is smaller because sometimes they don't offer modifications that a bigger person could do.

I am 50…I wish there was this representation when I was a teenager in the 80's. If you were 5 lbs overweight it was looked at as a tragedy! Christa is beautiful and does a great job showing proper form & great cueing. Kudos Pop Sugar Fitness!! I've been following you for 10 years 🙂

I have knee issues from playing volleyball in middle and high school without knee pads. Now at 50+ years of age I find it difficult to do reverse and forward lunges. Can you please give me a suggestion on a modification to be able to do both lunges in the future. I'm just starting out on my get fit journey. Christa I 💜 you. You have inspired me to get moving. OMG ! And she probably thinks her doctor is ignorant when he tells her she should stop eating like a fat big. Seriously get that kind of deluded humans out of my century ! PS: 30 minutes of very soft exercise is not a good reason to eat a king size pepperoni pizza with ectra cheese. Sry. You're wrong.
