It's great to see a person my size do workouts! It can be frustrating and defeating trying to follow along with a trainer that is smaller because sometimes they don't offer modifications that a bigger person could do.

Yoga & weights – a great combo!
I am 50…I wish there was this representation when I was a teenager in the 80's. If you were 5 lbs overweight it was looked at as a tragedy! Christa is beautiful and does a great job showing proper form & great cueing. Kudos Pop Sugar Fitness!! I've been following you for 10 years 🙂

I have knee issues from playing volleyball in middle and high school without knee pads. Now at 50+ years of age I find it difficult to do reverse and forward lunges. Can you please give me a suggestion on a modification to be able to do both lunges in the future. I'm just starting out on my get fit journey. Christa I 💜 you. You have inspired me to get moving.
