Excellent! Thanks for the fruitful workouts… asking a question: I could not complete all the workouts, in some of them I get exhausted when each in’s 10” or even 3”, any advice ;

Love this! Would love to see more jumpy/standing constant cardio without all the intense burpees and jump squats that can get hard on the body.

Hi everyone! I'm about 120 pounds and, according to my willful smartwatch, I burned about 364 calories today–I did this video AND the video from yesterday (Upper Body HIIT). Just in case anyone's tracking :). BUT keep in mind that doing a work out is NOT about tracking calories; it's about getting stronger and healthier and feeling like your best self. Done many of your workouts over the past 6 months. I Started doing this programme 4 days ago and I really like the intensity and the variety of the exercises. We indulged over Xmas and New Year and I definitely needed a challenging programme which will get me back into shape!

Love your kitty…she’s the cutest emotional support. I’m sure she loves you so much and vice versa. She seems confused that why mamma’s working so hard even though already so fit😀😘. I had to modify the high impact moves because my 63 year old joints can’t take it anymore but I felt like I still got a great cardio challenge!
