I can’t believe we’re going into Week 8 and I’ve only missed one workout! Thank you for your hard work, effort, and dedication to us. I do not take these free workouts for granted, I am forever grateful. Today is rest day for me but I’ll be doing 30min walking on an incline today. Absolutely loved this arm toning workout, the only one I had to modify ( due to having arthritic wrists😬) was the diamond push-ups, other than that it was ‘service as normal’😂. Thank you Heather 😊
I am so sore! My legs hurt from the other day and my arms, hot damn! Im not complaining though I hurt so good and I can’t look as good as I do by sitting on my bum!!! Thanks Heather and thank you for getting me out of my head and not being sad today!!❤️👊🏼💪🏼🫂🥰

Despite it being rest day today I just had to do this one. And am sooo glad I did! It was so refreshing having [almost] all standing workout without jumping [no bashing on jumping I know it's important, even tho my downstairs neighbour does not agree haha]. I LOVED this workout even though I had to modify diamond push ups. It was perfect Sunday evening activity.
