Yes my 🍑 is feeling the 🔥and while you are indeed correct Madam Heather, strong glutes are imperative for a number of reasons, ensuring that it is uber cute in and outside of my jeans is absolutely an incentive and motivation 🤭 2.17.2023!

This was a good workout. I dropped weights for the last set though, I was feeling a little tired. Definitely planning on resting for tomorrow!
