I really enjoyed the layout of this workout! Anyone else's legs absolutely burning with the first circuit?!?🔥🔥and your cool down songs were once again such a great choice!
This was a good workout. I dropped weights for the last set though, I was feeling a little tired. Definitely planning on resting for tomorrow!
Still a work in progress with the band leg lift sets and finishing without a break. Thanks for repeat to day 10 for mobility. Very helpful.
