Wowza, now that's a great way to start a Wednesday morning, I have a love hate with Tabata, I hate the thought, but weirdly love the quick bursts of energy, where you can put everything you've got into 20 seconds! Gonna feel the abs tomorrow for sure. Thanks again Heather 💪
