Even after all these workouts Heather still manages to add something new and keep things exciting! It's been an intense week for me with a lot of important deadlines, long hours and little sleep so I'm extra proud that I made it through and didn't skip a workout. Going to enjoy a restful weekend now!

While leaving the conference room yesterday I picked up my co-workers backpack because he was carrying 2 boxes of documents. His hands were full. As I was lifting the backpack he looked over at me and yelled, “Don’t pick that up, it’s too heavy for you!” I said, “I’ve got this”, & started walking out. From behind me I heard him say, “Wow you’re pretty strong!” I may be only 5’2”, but I’m 1/2 through HR 3.0 and a badA$$😂!!!!!
