I came across your video while looking for upper body workouts. I will admit, this was really hard for and I had to do aternatives for a few of the workouts. I loved how you don't leave much wiggle room between workouts (could be because its HITT). I do have a question, what is an alternative for the shoulder press and the crab dance, I have no upper body strength right now. Thanks for making me sweat!!

Hi Heather! First off- you're awesome! Can we have more oh those sessions where you incorporate some heavy cardio in between the strength sets? I have a hard time sweating unless I get my heart rate up real hard and I need some more sweat sessions but love strength training while doing so. Thanks! Have a great weekend!
I thought this was a fifteen minute workout!! how did I not see it was forty minutes!!!! So hard and so great. My legs have needed a break but this still gave me a great workout AND a sweat sesh. thanks as always Heather.

i only did it for 19 minutes, as a beginner of these “intense” workouts, i was quite literally dead at the end of it. i’m gonna try a more beginner friendly workout and work my way up to this one ❤️
