Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.

I am in a heap I had reached 12 when you reached 10 so I decided to carry the ladder on reached 16 when you completed the pyramid so paused the vid & completed 20 ouch!!!! Met you back for the abs finisher…. I am literally a sweaty mess but looking forward to a pile of pancakes with the kids now ❤
Hey Joe. Super workout, it was so challenging! Lol 😂 managed to do all of the workout! Great videos and definitely enjoy. I have done all 18weeks of pe with Joe throughout lockdown.

Thanks Joe! This is my 2nd 7 day challenge and I'm loving it! When we got to 10 and we had a potential 12 + 14 + 16 + 18 + 20 = 100 reps to to go??!! 🙊So glad you reversed it!!

Just did the full ladder up to 20 reps… Absolute killer!
I've done this 1 before and followed you, today I did it and carried on got 16 press ups done 💪💪💙

I got to 12 lunges when you decided to reverse, then I finished when you were on 6 so did 4 and 2 again. I feel great for pushing myself 😊. Thanks Joe, loved it as always x

This was really good, i love your workouts. Just a tiny bit of feedback…. do you think that you could make it more obvious when the exercise has started and its no longer a demonstration? Thanks
I was so sweaty that during that last up and down plank my arms were slipping everywhere 😂

I got to 12 and worked back from there so needed a minute or so extra to finish. My sweaty feet were slipping on the side plank! I few great now. Thank you Joe x

Loved this one, i got to 8 before i realised Joe wasn't doing full chest to floor burpees. Was feeling pretty good so i kept them going.

So glad your maths is rubbish as no way I could get tp 20 reps and do.a 5 min core finisher. I've got my fingers crossed that day 7 is not 40 mins!!
