I needed the weekend to repair tiny muscle tears . But I just finished day 3. Yay go me! I'm 51 and not as flexible as I want to be. These videos and my weight lifting is helping, thanks Joe 💚👍
Just started doing this as have lost my time slot to HIIT now I’m a home school teacher! But once I do 10 minutes I end up doing it twice anyway but the logic of im only doing 10 and can fit it in really helps!

Just started a group challenge with this series. Having packed 15 pandemic pounds from working from home, I need to do something to start 2021 where I was at the beginning of 2020. Thanks for this awesome practice, on to this Day #3 same day as #2. Wish me luck 🙂
