My best time was about 6 minutes… then i got lazy 🙁 but now thanks to your workout and inspiration im back up to 3 and a half! x

I can do it for about 2 mins! I am terrible and I really need to get the motivation to workout to these videos more. Could you possibly do a video on some healthy food recipes? xOxO

The longest I've done so far is 2 minutes, but that was back in the fall and I have a lot more muscle and a lot less fat now
