Just finished this 28 day challenge but did 2 a say so did it in 14 days instead💪 Feeling great for it. Definitely more toned! Thankyou Joe! Day 28 was a killer alongside day 27!
Just completed this 28 day challenge on 22th May during lockdown!! Great fun and then I add on glutes and abs each day!! Enjoyed all your trips and cute with little Indi doing very slow cycle movements. Look forward to my next challenge. Not bad for 53!!!

At times staying motivated during Covid 19 has been a struggle but it has felt like you have been in my front room during the whole time cheering me on! 10 min a day is not a big ask althoug this cheecky 15 min one was a suprise 🙂 Once again thanks so much!

Completed it!!! 28 days in a row! Great for our DJs as well in their hotel rooms on tour. Superb! Now to start again and improve
