This full-body sweat session was one of my favorites!!!!! The chair squat with a twist has my glutes fired up in a good way, along with the plank pushup/reach. I wasn't a huge fan of flying frog, but I love it!! Go Heather! I am feeling strong!!!!! I've shared your programs with co-workers who train regularly, and they are scared. Lol!!!!!
