The practice won’t always leave you feeling rejuvenated. But I love this idea of coming in close contact with the awareness and understanding of what it feels like to bring energy to something. Often we are energizing things that are not serving us, whether it is through our thoughts, actions, our daily rituals, our habits.

This practice gives us the tools to notice that where our attention goes… energy flows.

Today we begin with the breath of fire, to stir the pot energetically, and give you the juice you need for this rejuvenating flow.

I used to dislike yoga when I was 21 years old at the gym. I used to pick body pump or body step classes with loud music and everything. Fast forward 4 years later, 25 years old me is loving every exercise that Adriene gives. She changes my mind about yoga. Love from Bali!

Day 24 completed! Yay! I actually was able to hold the side plank pose until it was time to stop. I noticed my wrist are weak and I am still trying to build strength.

Just finished this the day before Thanksgiving and it was really satisfying. For a yoga beginner like me this breath program has been really great. It's the right balance of pushing myself without going too far. I'm excited to finish the 30 days then run through it again.

Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket, save it for a rainy day.
Literally doing this session in the dark in a thunder storm with lightning bolts flying out to sea and then the rain began not long before that line.
So many of us comment that 'this' was the perfect video for exactly what we needed our current state and once again this is true for me, and with mother nature aligning herself as well. What a delicious way to end my day.
