I was scared to do this one cause the standing attitude pulses made the back of my legs hurt for DAYS. These were more tough on my wrists, and my knees kept popping

I had to literally take breaks cause the leg that was down made my butt on fire and this was so frustrating cause i wanted to keep on feeling the burn on the butt I was working on but couldn't 😭
