Ohh wow! I had to modify on the second n third lot of burpees 🥵 I was so dying by then 🥴 but I'm glad I made it to the end…only just 🥵🥵 just to think I don't like anything with push ups 💪but I did n with correct too. So proud of my little achievements during every workout. Once again ty Heather you are amazing n I love doing these workouts. ❤️❤️❤️
to think I was considering skipping this one due to lower back discomfort – my back feel soothed and strong after this : Moral of the story you excuse/reason for not working out could be the reason your body needs that workout . Thanks H
All sweaty, feeling great😜 that was a bit hard…swimmer was the hardest…concerning the breathing in a long time….💜🙏
My back is one of those that I struggle with as I have a neck injury but I really enjoyed that even in 33 degree Celsius weather I still did the workout, haven’t missed a day

This morning…5:15am, I'm tired, I do not want to do a 47 minute workout, I consider for half a second to skip it and sleep more but I put on my workout shoes and press play….6:10am that workout whizzed by, I'm energized and ready for the day feeling accomplished and happy! Heather's workouts are such a great boost to life!
