I used 3 lb db and it was great. I love how effective this workout is with weight and CKB and if you feel like you need more you can always double up! Active cal 85!

Another goodie! I was skeptical at first, like "what can 10 minutes do?" 10 minutes does a lot and focuses my mind on eating right and resting well after a night shift
