Thanks for the advice on your other video! I loved this exercise, I have the most problems with my lower abs, they don't want to tone!!! But I could totally feel this right away and it was awesome!

when do you inhale and exhale? i can never get that right.
@Hip48Xn3 Exhale during the exertion, or the difficult portion of the movement; during exercises like v-sits, just work on maintaining constant controlled breathing! 🙂

@ACircuitProductions Me too just started doing this with the toneitup challenges and I felt the same way but you can do it!
