Today’s session invites you into contemplation on what it means to renew. As with many of these practices this theme is meant to be thought provoking and applicable in more ways than one.
Chewing on the philosophy of yoga and dropping in to wherever you are today, we continue to put the puzzle together, remembering all the wonderful vocabulary we have learned together thus far.
The practice of renewal is powerful! It is one of my superpowers for sure. Anytime I find myself in the struggle zone, I slowly pull this practice out of my tool belt, and find my way back to center with a reverence for both the struggle – and my ability to make my way out to move… forward.
Before I established my renewal practice through regular yoga I found myself on a hamster wheel. Maybe you can relate?

Reading all the comments from people saying how they’d made it to the mat after a tough day really motivated me when I had a tough day today – letting my emotions out for the first time in a long while. I feel like I came across this challenge at exactly the right time in my life 🧡
My favorite so far!! Warrior poses make me feel so powerful at times and humble at others. This was also the first time I noticed I could lower myself to my belly instead of thumping down!
That was a breakthrough, I ve been getting matside with your classes for quite some years thininng I'm progressing thinking I'm understanding but today I found a sound a release in my breathe unlike any past moments of what seemed like progression.Basucally everything that came before was a mole hill today I hopped Everest! I'm waffling but just a big Nice one to you Adrienne, we are getting it now. Rave on!

Oh this was just lovely! Who knew my wrists and ankles needed stretching like that? Not me til I did the little circles and it felt so goooood. And the yummy twist? My back and joints clicked and cracked with glee! Ooooo that was just lush

I’m feeling very bad today (physically), so let’s see what this practice brings me
As always, the perfect session at the perfect time. I've woken up on the first day of a (re)new summer season here, it's drizzly and muggy, La Niña has us at her mercy, the magpies are warbling out the window, a kookaburra is laughing and it's feeling like such a time of introspection.
It's such a beautiful experience revisiting the 30 day journeys in different seasons of the year to which you previously experienced them.

Love and truly apreciate yoga with adriene so much. The "don't get lazy" threw me off so much. I feel really vulnerable when on the mat and being talked to like my abusive mother would talk to me feels very hurtful and not the kind of language I want to hear when practicing yoga. I wish that Adriene will stop trying to continuously win us over. I hope she accepts that those who are comitted do not need extra non-constructive motivation and those who are taking a break are doing so for their own reasons. Please Adriene, just focus on explaining the sequence and breathing, you're excellent at that part, but leave the motivation for others that are excellent at motivating. Your "motivation" does the oposite for me 🙁
