by YouTube Team

Today we have a upper body MetCon Workout ahead of us! Each metabolic conditioning circuit consists of compound exercises that target multiple upper body muscles at once. We are moving quickly today with short breaks between exercises so, if you are one that likes to plan ahead it may help to preview the exercises ahead of time and have the weights that you need on hand to make for smoother transitions 🙂 This is going to be a good one team! #HR12WEEK #HomeWorkout #upperbodyworkout #metcon

Well todays Calender Upper Body Metcon was next level. I used my 10kgs for all the squat press type stuff otherwise 7 and 5.For the Weighted Jacks the 2.5kgs always come out.I must admit I almost never stop and exercise or press pause but in circuit 2 I did a few times today.I am a sweaty mess now but as usual Thanks Heather!!!

Reply
Colleen Mann January 31, 2023 - 12:40 pm

This one was tough (in a good way). I’m not used to a 10 second rest interval. My calorie burn was higher. Thank you Heather!

Oooooh it's gettin more intense for sure! Who else was super digging these jazzy sax vibes during the cool down?!? Loved it.

Reply
Jorge A January 31, 2023 - 7:50 pm

And I kept saying "come on, you can do it", and I said it again, and again, and once more, and those fifty seconds were still holding there, almost stubbornly and suddenly there, it was done. And you get 10 seconds of rest… Whaaaaaaaaaat? 😂😂😂🔥🔥🔥🔥
Loved it. Tough one.
