Welcome to ‘7 Days Of Sweat’
I’ve had so many messages this week from people saying that they’re struggling with motivation and they’re finding it hard to exercise and workout. The weather’s changing, it’s the end of summer and for many people their whole routine goes up in the air.
So I thought why not give people a 7-day challenge? I’m calling it the ‘7 Days of Sweat Challenge’.
Every day starting on Monday 7th October 2019, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.

These have fast become a favourite, definitely prefer it over reps! I love not knowing what's coming rather than counting down until its over. Thanks for all the work you do Joe.

Hey Joe. Another fantastic workout and I have misread started doing your 7day sweat challenge when you are not doing live Pe with Joe. I have been loving doing pe with Joe throughout lockdown. I so enjoy doing your other workout videos and I am in my early twenties- I so like that anyone can join in and you don’t judge anyone fitness abilities. You incorporate different areas for all abilities. Thank you ☺️ Joe and you are the best Bodycoach and you are super.

Day 2 of 7 days of sweat in a postage stamp hotel room, you don’t need a lot of room to do these exercises !! 😅

Great workout, only thing I would say is to add a little more fast paced moves but otherwise great as usual

I'm doing this in London and my husband is doing it shut in a hotel room in quarantine in Singapore. 20 minutes really does make such a difference.

This made me sweat more than I thought it would. I did 40/20 again. Could change some to add more cardio, squat jumps and chest to floor burpees perhaps. Thank you Joe, I love your workouts x

This is a great legs challenge with a little cardio and abs thrown in. I did 40/20 again and chest to floor burpees. I enjoyed the pace. Thanks Joe x
