I’m using a 15 pound kettlebell in this video but any size kettlebell will work!

I rarely comment on videos but I had to for this one. I did this entire video and I swear I have never sweat more in my entire life. I was DRIPPING sweat. This workout is killer! I've been doing your kettlebell workouts for about a week and I definitely feel tighter but I'm hoping to lose some weight. I'm at 174.4 right now so hopefully this video helps me reach my goal weight of 140!

Yay! I’m almost 11 months post partum and finally incorporating the kettlebell into my Russian twists. First time I did the full weighted ab routine bc I’ve been staying on the safe side. Thank you for your workouts and for making me stronger. It’s so fun to workout alongside you while pregnant and pp. I have a great prenatal playlist for my next pregnancy bc of you 🥰🙌 but for now I’m going to enjoy the time I have with my little guy 👶

Hi Amy, I love all your workouts. But this one, the music is too much, too loud, your voice is hardly audible under that loud music. In other videos this is less an issue. Hope you can understand me giving up because of the music being too irritable and distracting me from a proper execution of the work out, I'll now continue with another one of your workouts xxx
