Does anyone know how much Joe works out outside of these 10 min workouts? Like does he spend an hour doing weights in the gym each day, for example?

Oh wow that nearly finished me off! How tough were those squat jumps and thrusters straight after doing day 17, and doing days 15 & 16 yesterday?! Had to sit and catch my breath for a bit afterward. I’m still loving your workouts Joe, thanks so much x
