I did this for the second time today, with the hand held weights (love it) that Heather recommended. I love this workout even better than the first time. Wonderful, quick workout! I liked the combo of weighted moves with some cardio/body weight moves thrown in there. AND I randomly chose this to do before your Fierce yoga workout and see it's paired with a yoga workout – perfect!!! 🙂
