This was a really ideal challenge for me because it was the right amount of exercise to make me feel accomplished without getting annoyingly sore or sweaty (I wore my nighties) . The fun moves made me actually excited to exercise every night.
I did not complete this in a month (I skipped a lot of days), but I still got reaped benefits. I coupled the workouts out with lots of stretching too
1. My hips no longer pop when I do sit ups
2. My arms can hold up my body weight with ease (for positions like planking)
3. I don’t hold in my gut as much anymore (It’s a stress thing I’ve been trying to stop doing)
4. My legs feel looser and more mobile
Thank you Cassie! I now feel ready to move on to a harder/longer Pilates routine. Exercise culture doesn’t realize the sustainable strategy that is starting SMALL.

Be careful when you stand the fireplace burning. It looked like you had a flaming you know what.
FINISHED! 😀 thanks for posting
Cassey talks way too much about herself and her outfits. It's a huge turnoff to be watching someone so self centered
thank you 😀
I've just come from 100 eagle crunches from the 100 abs challenge and day 15 looks like a joke 😂😂😂
I just finished today! I did this with the 100ab challenge and 100 glute challenge starting April 1st (I know… crazy)! I love Cassey and can't wait to try more challenges.
I had to modify all of the butterfly sit-ups and it's my first time modifying the whole thing! I can't do it even if I tried.
Well maybe next time. I will definitely make it a goal of mine to be able to do butterfly sit-ups
Finished! Thanks for designing an easy but challenging plan to feel stronger and accomplished.
I finished 🙌🏾
