I've been doing 3-4 of the 10-min workouts each day, but then have to add in time for warm up and cool down It would be great if you did a 10-minute warm up video and then another 10-minute cool down/stretch sesh. 🙂

Such a fun change up as I don’t do kickboxing often!
Please continue doing more kickboxing. It is the only cardio I will really do by itself. Any other cardio better be mixed in with weights if I'm doing it anymore.

Love this 10 min workouts ! I do only one but at least I moved 💪 I would like to have also a 15 min workout serie as a way to progress slowly. It’s only 10 minutes but I’m proud of myself 💪
