I got to 8 but only finished as the next video started 😂 considering I couldn’t do a full burpee on day 4 I’m really proud of myself I’ll try this again soon and hope for 9
I got to 8 (finished the round just after the video finished), but paused the video for a short rest half way through. Just hope I didn't scare my housemates too much with all the grunting while I was counting XD

I managed to keep up with you up to last round then I was completely shattered however I managed to finish the last couple of exercises! I got to 9 but did this straight after day 13. I’ve never done so many burpees! And Joe, don’t think I didn’t notice the little jump in the video when you were doing 9 press ups into 9 squats 😂 I’m feeling fab and sweaty. Thanks so much Joe x
