U know what I like about u Amy? When u give low impact moves they r equally as affective as the high intensity. Most other trainers when they give a low impact alternative, u don't feel any burn n ur heart rate goes down. Proves yet again, that u r THE BEST! 😍

I love the weighted workouts but my upper back has been bothering me so I have had to mix things up. I am so glad you have these videos that get my body working hard! And I get a good workout in. My heart was pumping!

The eye sweat… it was real.

SOOOO much sweat in that great workout! And being able to do those squat pop ups after a LONG day made me really recognize the changes in my strength and cardio endurance since committing to following your calendars and simply showing up. Thanks for another great workout!
