Check’n in for #10 (see that, I rhymed)…I’m still w/ you, but this leg workout called for balance & my balance isn’t on point. I needed to use a still about 60% of the time

Nice little WO,,, I did it 3 times and then did day nine again because it came on before I could choose another, so I just did it too. Then did 10 minutes of hula hooping to top it all off. Feeling good and ready for work.. see all you RotheStars here Sat for live WO with Tiffany… ..
