I love your workouts Heather! They're tough but def is a good challenge. For someone that loves preparing her mind to get through the workout, I thought you may want to correct the description of the workout to 3x Full Circuit x 2 rounds each! That would match the workout better and mentally prepare people like me! 🙂

That last set was breathtaking it seemed endless 🥵 but this woman is such a blessing it’s always a great time working out with her 💕
Great workout, as usual! Just a note….in the second round of the first set, at 12:07, it says Lunge Drive Combo (L) in the preview, but then you switch to the R side, then do the right side again immediately after. Just thought you'd want to know! Merry Christmas!

Just started day 1. Very hard but tomorrow I’ll rest as I don’t think it’s a good idea to work the same muscle group ( legs) two days in a row.

I just started with these workout series. I could stand it till 26 mins and my blood pressure went up and headache started. I stopped at 26 mins and did the final exercise. Can you say if it is normal to feel this way?
I loved the sweat tho. It's promising. Will do the other 25 mins tomorrow.

that was intense.
Came back 2 days later to do this sweat sesh. First time i only completed 35% and approx 20 mins. Now I I finished but managed 70% and had to do lighter moves in some sessions. I'm excited to do this at 100% before I move on to Day 2! Amazing workout Heather! Thank you!
