Day 1 of my new 7 days of sweat challenge coming all the way from Mexico.

7 days, 7 workouts, 20 minutes a day. No equipment needed. Do it with me and you’ll feel amazing.

Every day starting on Sunday 1st March 2020, I’m going to post a brand new, full body, 20-minute workout. No equipment, no excuses. You can just tune in, do the workout with me, at home in your living room or wherever suits you.

You’re going to feel more energised, more alert, more productive and more focussed. You’re going to burn some body fat and feel really confident moving forward. It’s going to give you a little bit of a kick to keep you going and hopefully give you the momentum to keep fit all year.

Before lockdown I registered to do a charity event,as part of that event you need to be under a certain weight but during lockdown my dad bod kept getting larger and subsequently i am very close to the maximum weight limit,so need to shift a few extra pounds,for all the dad's doing this,you can do it

Love the focus on mental health and feeling good. I'm stuck inside quarantining so my usual running routine isn't possible but this is a great alternative. Nice one Joe.

After putting the 4 month old down for a nap and both the other children watching a film as they’re unwell I decided it was work out time but I was too tired to motivate myself so Joe you saved the morning. B even decided it was too good to miss and postponed her nap 😂

This is a good work out with all the basics. I did 40/20 and chest to floor burpees. Next time my challenge is to add squat jumps. I was feeling down and this has made me feel better, thank you Joe x

Hi Joe! I started doing your videos during the first lockdown in Nova Scotia (March, 2020) when I was feeling pretty low. I LOVE them! I do a 20 minute HIIT video five days a week now and incorporate weights and a kettlebell into the workouts. Can you create more 20 minute HIITs please? Thank you for creating such great content!! 🙂
