I'm afraid of heights too. I'm with you on facing fears. I climbed a mountain yesterday that I climbed last year which is completely rock on the top and it feels like you could just fall off the cliff. Last year I was a big pussy about it and clung for dear life. This yr I sat on that rock for a good 20 min to eat my rice cakes and almond butter. 🙂 mission accomplished
