That's great work even if she does arch her back half of the guys and girls can't even lift it off the rack. So don't be dissing her bc she got it. She did great! Look at her body that's called dedication to hard work! She's amazing !
To everyone saying you shouldn't arch your back a traditional power lifting form does involve some arch as long as your butt doesn't come off the bench. That being said she could have gone down a little more but is extremely impressive regardless. The amount of work dana has put in probably exceeds all the commenters thus far.

I think she's hot. She used to be hotter, but I'd take a Dana Linn Bailey any way I could get her. Just hoping those weights didn't callous up her hands because she's gonna need em nice and soft for what I need her for. lol.
It's a nice attempt but it looks like she's using an awkward "BB/PL hybrid press form" that kind of looks like PL form but isn't. Gotta tuck in your arms and get the bar approx. below the sternum and diaphragm, right near the highest portion of the arch. The arch won't help if the weight is not supported by it – i.e., if it's above your shoulders or neck as shown here. Perfect way to snap your shoulders to pieces. In fact, that's probably why she raised her hips off the bench. Seems like her friend didn't teach her anything about powerlifting. I wonder why?
The good news is that she's in better shape and a LOT stronger than those guys behind her. (I don't mean the roided out guy)

I didn't realize there were sooo many pro bodybuilders here. If anyone here actually knew half a lick about bodybuilding they'd realize it doesn't matter if it touches your chest or not its about keeping tension on the muscle. Not to mention the shoulder injuries one can receive.
