Great video lex my question is how do I work out my shoulder because I have dislocated it before now I don't know if I should train that area because I don't want to dislocate my shoulder again

I used to look at bulks negatively but then I heard a wise phrase "muscle isn't built over bones" plus the strength gains 🤟

I agree it's confusing my age 70yr old after two years lockdown not doing any training just started back slowly training my bodyfat is up to 27.2 started doing two hundred pushups a day on pushups bars for about two months also going back to the gym but I can't eat large meals for some reason what do you think Alec from Scotland

Perfect timing for this vid. I increased my weight sessions last week and increased the weights to heavier than I've ever lifted (which isn't much😆) and found after the second session I was hungry all the time. I needed to eat every 2 hours and just wanted meat! I really enjoyed the heavier weights too, I felt amazing afterwards🤘

I am a bullied person…..
I am afraid of them because I have very bad experience If I resist them…
I am felling like some one is tearing my inner soul whenever they bullied me…
And because of afraiding them… I did not come out from my room..
I resist To went out from my home…
I feel like I am coward.
But from the when I see your first video on self defencing…
I feel motivated now.. .
Now I too feel that I can kick their @ss and live my life freely….

👆supps to help bulk & getting shredded available 👆 eating smaller portions different times a day would be the best way to keep your metabolism running. Should you bulk or cut it's totally depends on you what you do what you think would be best for you and your body
