Hi your a poistive guy with good knowledge of this. Thanks for doing this . Id really like your input on something . I am deadlifting 290kg for 5 sets and 8 to 6 reps but im strugling to squat 140kg ass to the grass . Iv tried a few things . What can i do pls .
