Dear please start a weightloss challenge .. in the beginning of 2019.. bfr this year ends give us the entire workout plan and rules.. I reduced my weight with your workout few years back.. I saw me slim once in entire life bcz of u only .. last two years I was stressed and totally unhealthy.. .. now I lack motivation… Pls do a challenge incorporating all your old best videos like shake booty sexy back and all.. now I need to reduce 20kg..
