i think i will try this for squat or bench this week and record the final set of the holiday series i've  been making gains with over the past month and a half.  if nothing else, those bsn guys nailed the design, what an eye-pleasing design!!!

Damn wish I would of watched this before my lift! Pulled 360 (PR) on a traditional deadlift today. The first 6 or so inches were the hardest; definitely feel like I could pull 400 easily once I get pass that barrier @ScottHermanFitness

well this sucks, i worked my ass off to squat 275 for 5 reps, and the lady recording didnt record good enough to where you can see the plates(to proove the amount i'm doing)

Will you except a failed rep? I want to try 405 dead for a PR and 315 squat. I know you do 315 squat and 405 DL easy but man it's HEAVY lol.

I would be really interested in videos on your current training program as I'm doing the same goal ATM of trying to increase my numbers and improve strength. Biggest challenges for me is recovery while trying to increase weekly volume as well as sore joints, tendons / ligaments.

Hey Scott! My brother and I (both who lack knowledge of bodybuilding) have been arguing that for chest workouts with Dumbbells it works best to go deep and bring the weights to your chest as close as possible (my opinion) and just going 90 degree angles (his opinion).
Which would yield the most satisfactory results? Which is proper?

that fall though haha. I remember when that happened to me for the first time it was 170 lbs first time squatting, did 160 fine and i put 170 on and had to bail so bad haha.
