i have an important question…..i am a skinny fat….i have only belly fat and i looked at ur website and i saw the HASfit’s Free 30 Days Challenge To Get In Shape…..is this program sutiablt for skinny guys like me?
guys buy a heart rate monitor and use it, that and a body fat caliper are you 2 main tools for losing bodyfat. you don't gotta go crazy and "hardly breathe", just stay within the body fat zone (i stay 120 heart rate per min and above), just simple cardio, not hollywood motion picture cardio, and you'll lose 1 or 2 pounds per week with carlorie watching.
