do you think you can build as much muscle and strength on intermittent fasting as 6 meals a day, if you're eating the same amount of food?

Scott is not a crossfit athlete. Scott can get bigger, stronger, faster as he pleases…he is not training for any specific event right now other than just reaching his goals. Only major strength goal is getting a little bigger while staying lean other than reaching 500lbs dead. He's still improving in other areas as well as we all should if that's our goal.

My 2013 Fitness Resolution is to get big like Captain America. But I need to get leaner for Summer 2013 and I'm still learning.

no, I have seen some pretty jacked woman! Comes down to determination, intensity, and meal plan

Reply

If you want to increase the intensity, try doing "Suspended Leg Raises". They will help you get as many reps as possible!

ScottHermanFitness January 31, 2013 - 3:14 am

I am sure you will be able to find one!

ScottHermanFitness January 31, 2013 - 3:14 am

Then it is time to focus on meal plan and total body training!

brotha. my goals are to get stronger/bigger. So far so good. Nothing wrong with attacking both goals this year.

Who said I was a crossfit athlete? I provide routines for all goals across the board. Also, crossfit is simply "functional training", which I have been making videos about for years..

Scott, I've got a question for you, I hope you can answer it.
I'm 17 years old and I'm training like hell (4 to 5 times a week), but I can't really say that I'm making that much progress. I can't probably eat all the stuff you're eating because my mom cooks XD. But can you recommend a good supllement (or anything like that, like a good working shake or something) for me?
As I said, I hope you can answer my question!
PS, keep up your good motivation, I admire it!

Scott I have a sort of pain in my back, trying to locate it, it feels close to my spine… I have been trying to recall what I've been doing and I suspect that i got it from this abdominal/core twist machine… you know where you sit and twist your legs left/right like a pendulum? Does that sound like where it came from? I heard you can strain your back from it.

This is very well said. Im deloading in 2 weeks. Going through every muscle 2 more times, then I deload for 10 days. Also happens to be my big meets coming up, which I timed perfectly. Then getting back into lifting in about 20 days after I start my deload.
